No more fiddling around with printed spreadsheets at the gym. The 531 app offers a convenient way to manage your 531 workout program. This application generates the 5 3 1 workout program tailored to your current lifts, providing a comprehensive overview of cycles including sets, reps, and weights.

<li>This version is a trial edition with restrictions that can be removed through in-app purchases, enabling unlimited logging of Wendler cycles.</li>

The Pro version offers additional functionalities such as logging Joker sets, incorporating another main lift as Boring But Big, First Set Last (AMRAP and custom variation), a 13-week challenge, editing completed workouts, configurable warm-up and Boring but Big percentages, and separate timer values for various exercise components. It also includes support for 3/5/1 and 8/6/3 rep schemes, configurable warm-up reps, and collar weight subtraction.
