No more fiddling around with printed spreadsheets at the gym. The 531 app offers a convenient way to manage your 531 workout program. This application generates the 5 3 1 workout program tailored to your current lifts, providing a comprehensive overview of cycles including sets, reps, and weights.

It also includes support for 3/5/1 and 8/6/3 rep schemes, configurable warm-up reps, and collar weight subtraction.
